“The JDA has earmarked Eloff Street for refurbishment for this year. Eloff Street is one of the busiest streets in CBD, with a high foot print for retail stores.

At the moment, residential property prices range from R280 000.00 to a R1000 000.00. The upgrade of Eloff Street, will in future improve business prospects in terms of retail, property sales and also improve the urban living/work environment.” (JDA)
