GEARedUP Consortium led by GIBB has been appointed by the Johannesburg Development Agency (JDA) on behalf of City of Johannesburg to prepare a Transport Master Plan for the Johannesburg Inner City.
The project stakeholders’ engagement process is divided into 3 stages:
• Stage 1: Status quo analysis – Data validation to determine an understanding of the current status
(June 2020 – Current call for your comments)
• Stage 2: Ideation – Raising ideas to provide solutions (Transport Master Plan Concept)
(August/September 2020 – you will be consulted again)
• Stage 3: Presentation of the draft plan – Draft Transport Master Plan
(January 2021 – you will be consulted again)
Deadline for feedback submission is Wednesday 15th July 2020
