South African fashion designer, Thula Sindi launched his second AfricaRise Concept store in Marshalltown, on 7 August.
The first Africa Rise store opened in October 2019 in Sandton City. The Inner City store is a destination store, aimed at attracting local and international tourists.
This store features well known designers such as David Tlale, Ephymol, Rubicon, Maria McCloy and Imprint. It will also give space to emerging designers Ezekhetho, Nguni Brand, and Siyavuya Roqoza, to name a few.
“It’s very important to have spaces of beauty in urban settings, and AfricaRise is the vehicle to bring African fashion, crafts, jewellery, accessories and Fine Art under one roof.” Owner and designer, Thula Sindi.
