#cosatustrike road closures in Jhb CBD.
Officers from JMPD and SAPS will divert traffic along the route for a protest march in Joburg CBD on Wednesday 27 September.
Starting at Cosatu House Braamfontein, they will then proceed up Rissik Street to hand over the first memorandum at Metro Centre then turn left into Hoofd Street, left in Biccard Street , join Simmonds Street to hand over a second memorandum at FNB Bank City, thereafter a third memorandum will be handed in at the office of the Premier, and a fourth memorandum will be handed in at the Chamber of Mines , they will go up Pixley Ka Sema Street, right into Albertina Sisulu Street up to Beyers Naude Square where the protest march will disperse.
Motorists are advised to avoid the roads mentioned between 11am and 3pm .
