Established in February 2020, Clean City SA is an award-winning community based NPC which advocates for environmental justice. Clean City SA promotes the implementation of the circular economy in South Africa, through waste reduction, re-use, and recycling as the preferred waste management options. The SEF Programme is a major project at Clean City SA.
MES focuses on 5 groups: pre-schoolers, learners, school-leaving youth, youth & adults at risk and families at risk. Through SEF, MES is able to provide over 100 work opportunities across Johannesburg.
